Guidelines for Contributors

Deadline:  Submitted at the Academy meeting or received on or before February 15

Biographical information:  Please include at the beginning of the text

1.  Title of Contribution

2.  Exactly how you want your name to appear under the title

3.  Up to three lines of biographical information

4.  Your name, address, phone number(s), e-mail address

Text:  Please submit the text double spaced with one-inch margins on all sides of the page.  If there are no graphics, charts, etc., submission of an e-file is all that is needed. 


SUBMISSION: 

–All submissions must come in electronic format, using PC platform.  The editor can convert almost any common word processing format.

­–If any notes are used, please make sure all correct bibliographical information is included. DO NOT use ibid., op. cit., etc.

Notes can be submitted either as endnotes or footnotes or typed separately at the end of the contribution.      

–For Contributors to Part 1:  Plenary Sessions

If at all possible, give hard copy and e-file to the President of the Academy at the meeting.  Or the e-file can be sent directly to the editor at the email address given above.

If this is not possible and the contribution has no unusual formatting (graphs, charts, etc.) it may be sent to the Editor as an e-mail attachment.  (E-mail address given above).  If the contribution is mailed, please send both hard copy and e-file.  Mail the contribution to the Editor at the address given above.

–For Contributors to Part 3:  Select Seminar Papers
